Full Integrated Contact Relationship Manager

The interCOMM contact relationship manager (CRM) has been purpose built to manage the specific demands of the court service. The system allows the courts to quickly find contacts, organise them into distribution lists and communicate with them via advanced HTML email

The CRM can hold an unlimited number of firms, and contacts within firms. It includes a full-featured contact database for law firms and legal practitioners. Information stored includes address, phone number, fax, email address, court registration details... Contacts can be organised for quick retrieval or easy mass-mailing.

The versatile searching facility allows the user to produce a very wide range of contacts or narrow it down using specific search criteria.

Two such examples might be to list all Journalists stored in interCOMM or to list all Solicitors holding a court registration that work for Media companies to whom you plan to send a Christmas card this year.

In the first scenario, the user can display these results by simply selecting ‘Journalist’ under the ‘Contacts’ and pressing ‘Run’. This will list all the Journalist currently stored in interCOMM with no further refinement.

The second scenario will display only the results for which all of the search criteria are TRUE. By selecting ‘Media’ under ‘Organisations’ and pressing ‘Run’, the window will display all Media companies currently stored in interCOMM. If the user then ALSO selected ‘Registered’ under ‘Contacts’ and pressed ‘Run’ again, the results would be very different. They would be given a list of all contacts holding a registration with the court who work for any Media company stored within interCOMM.

To further refine this search to, for instance, only those the user would like to send a Christmas card to this year, the user would select the appropriate list (in this instance ‘Christmas Cards 2011’) and run the search again.

Additional names can be produced by selecting multiple criteria in each section. For instance, ‘Media’ under ‘Organisations’, ‘Journalist’ AND ‘Registered’ under ‘Contacts’ and ‘Christmas Cards 2011’ under ‘Lists’. The results would show BOTH Journalists AND Registered solicitors working for media organisations who will be lucky enough to get a Christmas card this year.

interCOMM’s email and Mail Merge allow users to send emails or letters to any number of parties or legal representatives with the click of a button.

Advanced customised HTML email templates can be created using the in-house template builder located in the Utility Tables.
