iCourt

interCOMM iCourt is a browser based application that allows registered court users to manage their cases remotely, reduces the necessity for court users to file documents in person and increases access court users and the public have to case information.

The web-based tools increase user accessibility by allowing lawyers registered with the system, and any other interested parties, to access up-to-the-minute updates of case listings and public documents online. Each user will be able to stream automatic feeds to their email accounts once they have signed up for the service. Updates regarding public events and case filings can also be delivered via RSS feed, and documents are available for download.

New claims can be entered then all other case documents can be submitted directly to the case. When documents are filed by another party a notification can be triggered via RSS.

The e-Payment system provides further options for payment of Courts fees when filing court documents.

Court users will benefit from these services as it will reduce printing costs and time spent filing documents.

iCourt provides greater transparency to the public, users, lawyers and litigants about cases being heard.
